Office Meeting Spaces

The Conference has a limited number of office spaces for hospitality suites, staff offices, press rooms etc. available at the San Diego Convention Center and the Manchester Grand Hyatt. The offices are designated for the exclusive use of the Supporter/Exhibitor personnel. Ancillary Meetings involving Healthcare Professionals are subject to black out times and different fees apply.

The fee per day is 3,500 USD and a minimum of 4-day rental is required.

Rent includes standard U-Shape set up with observer tables in the back and basic cleaning service overnight. The rental of office meeting space does not include any food and beverage or audio visual offerings. Additional set up or services required can be provided at an additional fee through the IASLC WCLC 2024 Ancillary Event Manager at wclc2024-ancillary@icsevents.com.

Allocation of meeting rooms will be at the discretion of the Ancillary Event Manager.
